Tuition & Financial Assistance

SUWS has a flexible length of stay from 4 to 9 weeks.  The length of stay is highly individualized and is determined by each student’s ability to meet goals and objectives.

Payment in full is required upon enrollment. If you have health insurance and would like a statement of your child's SUWS placement, we will be happy to provide you with it. However, SUWS is not an insurance provider and is unable to directly bill insurance companies. Therefore, SUWS requires parents to assume this responsibility independent of tuition payment.  Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cashiers check, direct wire transfer, or Educational Loans (see loan information below).

When payment and application are submitted, a place will be held for your child in the scheduled course. Should your child not attend as scheduled, tuition will be refunded. Please note that until we have received your complete application including any required documents and payment, we cannot ensure your child a space for the week requested.

Cost-Effective Loans Can Cover Tuition

Loans are an attractive option for parents considering private secondary education for their children. Financing your child's stay with loans can allow you to make low monthly payments over a period of time.

Aspen Education Group is pleased to offer parents assistance with the loan process. Shauna Clark provides personal, hassle-free assistance throughout the loan process. She is often able to secure funding for all your educational expenses such as escort services, ancillaries, and enrollment fees.

Reasonable interest rates (amortization over 10-20 years) will allow families to finance their child's education with affordable monthly payments. In some instances payments can be deferred for up to 6 months. Loans have no prepayment penalty or cancellation fees. Shauna has personal experience with struggling teens and understands the additional burden the financial piece can bring.
